THOMAS JONES

Co-founder & CEO

Mr. Jones has over 30 years of experience in real estate. He has been a part of multiple solar projects for the District of Columbia’s Housing Authority and has provided real estate development expertise to housing authorities in the DMV. He graduated from Princeton University and holds an MBA from The Wharton Business School at The University of Pennsylvania.

BRUCE BASCHUK

Co-founder & Partner

Mr. Baschuk co-founded Access TAB and provides strategic vision for the company. He also founded and is the chairman of the J Street Companies, a diversified boutique real estate company. Bruce has worked to redevelop more than 1,300 residential units in SE DC while being President of Jubilee Enterprises. He is also a former Board Member of The City Consortium, a non-profit responsible for supporting schools primarily in Wards 7 and 8, and is the founder of WINNERS Lacrosse, a non-profit inner-city organization that mentors boys and girls in Washington, DC.

ALEX GREEN

Co-founder & Partner

Mr. Green, a long-time partner of Mr. Baschuk and Mr. Jones, started his DC commercial real estate career in 1983 and is using his vast experience and contacts to generate new business opportunities for Access TAB. Mr. Green, along with Mr. Baschuk, started the boy’s lacrosse program at Archbishop Carroll HS, in Northeast DC.

MTOKUFA NGWENYA

Partner

Mtokufa has joined Access TAB to help bridge it to the thousands of DC residents who will substantially benefit from solar energy. There will be constant and consistent communication with community partners, leaders, and advocates and with nearly a decade of work in the District, Mtokufa, is a known entity within the target market. Building and executing strategies while ensuring the voices of the community are heard, while the vision on Access TAB is executing is where his focus will be. Mtokufa previously served as Chief of Staff for DC at-large Councilmember Robert C. White, Jr. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of Maryland

KATHRYN E. BURGESS, MRE, RPA

Partner

Ms. Burgess provides leadership and strategic insight to ensure the financial integrity and health of Access TAB. In addition, Ms. Burgess also provides operational oversight for the company.
Ms. Burgess teaches the Real Estate Capstone course (MPRE 950)  for the Master of Real Estate program at Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies, as well as Introduction to Real Estate Finance (RDEV 450) for The University of Maryland’s School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation.
Ms. Burgess has a Master of Real Estate Degree (MRE) from Georgetown University and holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) Certification from BOMI International.
