SEDC SOLAR

A partnership between Access TAB and Electriq Power, SEDC Solar aims to provide free rooftop solar power to Wards 7 & 8 and other parts of Washington, DC.

The benefit to the residents and owners are:

Significantly reduced electricity bills;

backup power in the event of an outage;

employment training programs and employment in the industry for local residents; and

no installation or maintenance costs, ever.

CHURCH AND COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS SOLAR

Access TAB is also providing roof solar solutions for religious and commercial buildings, including office, retail, and multi-family.

As with the SEDC Solar initiative, the benefit to the owner and renter are:

Significantly reduced electricity bills;

backup power in the event of an outage;

employment training programs and employment in the industry for local residents; and

no installation or maintenance costs to the owner.

PARKWAY OVERLOOK (COMPLETED 2019)

Thomas Jones, Access TAB’s CEO, oversaw the 3rd party installation of solar panels at Parkway Overlook, a DC Housing Authority residential project. The project has a system Size of 717 kW, providing lifetime utility savings of $1,574,000 and lifetime CO2 savings of 18,700 tons (equivalent trees planted: 435,000).

WORTHINGTON WOODS (IN PROGRESS)

Most recently, NEO (a DC-based solar developer) and Access TAB won the DC Worthington Woods solar power RFP to install 2.4 MW of solar panels.
